To Register
Participants must register through their DCM. Each Annual Conference is allowed 18 free registration slots. Deadline for registrations is December 1. Participants are asked to register for their workshops and hands on ministry projects as a part of their initial registration.

Costs
For persons desiring to stay alone in a room the additional cost is $228 which must be paid at the time of the initial registration. For a spouse to join one of the 18 free registrations, the supplement is $320 [includes two meals], also due at the time of initial registration.
Cost for Participants Beyond the 18 Free Registrations
All prices include three nights and two meals
Single room — $550
Double room — $320 per person
Spouse accompanying participant — $320
Commuter registration [included two meals] — $150
All registrations must be made through your Director of Connectional Ministries.
Transportation from Airport to Hotel
Express Shuttle – Pick up at Pole #4 in Baggage Claim area of the airport. Cost is $32.50 one way/$30 for return trip. If three or more people are traveling together the cost is $10/person.
Cab Fare - $30-35 one way. Cost can be shared among several people.
